  19. A balanced diet contains sufficient amounts of fibre and the various nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamine, and minerals) to ensure good health. Food should also provide the appropriate amount of energy and adequate amounts of water. The diet should not contain items that are harmful. In other words, a balanced diet should be both adequate and wholesome.

    Reduce packaging waste

Packaging makes up 30 percent of municipal solid waste. You can reduce the amount of packaging you throw in the garbage by purchasing items that have less packaging.
Reduce the amount of packaging by purchasing concentrates and diluting them with water in reusable containers. Avoid single-serving products in favor of larger servings or buying in bulk. Take your own reusable cloth bag so you don’t need “paper or plastic.”
Over-packaged products often cost more than less-packaged products. This means that you can save money when buying products with less packaging.

Anything that was once living will compost, but some items are best avoided. Meat, dairy and cooked food can attract vermin and should not be home-composted.
For best results, use a mixture of types of ingredient. The right balance is something learnt by experience, but a rough guide is to use equal amounts by volume of greens and browns (see below).
Some things, like grass mowings and soft young weeds, rot quickly. They work as ‘activators’, getting the composting started, but on their own will decay to a smelly mess.
Older and tougher plant material is slower to rot but gives body to the finished compost – and usually makes up the bulk of a compost heap. Woody items decay very slowly; they are best chopped or shredded first, where appropriate.

We can reuse all things that we want. For example, we can reuse a tetrabricks to do wallets. Or a bottle of water to do a box. We also can reuse coffe cups, to decoret our christmas tree. Everything that you want, can be reuse.
