  1. Markel:
I argue that equality is very important and people must have a life without violence or sexual, religious or racist discrimination. Education, a place to live and a healthy life must be very important to everybody but more to a young person.
    David:
I think the most important right is fighting poverty. There are many rich people in the world who have a lot of money and they don´t donate anything to the poor people who don’t have almost to eat. I think this is an injustice. The distribution is not right.
    Joseba:
One of the human rights I especially like is fighting slavery because people can´t live in those conditions. It is very inhuman. I also think the equality of women is very importanrt.

  2. – Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person: his right isn´t fulfi becouse there are countries that they don´t matter. So I think is becouse other countries don´t have the same cultures.

    – Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay: This right is most important becouse everyone needs rest.

-Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance: I think the this rigth doesn´t sense because I think it doesn´t have sense.

    My favourite human ritghts are:
    – Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person: his right isn´t fulfi becouse there are countries that they don´t matter. So I think is becouse other countries don´t have the same cultures.

    – Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay: This right is most important becouse everyone needs rest.

  4. That are some of the most importants rights for me:
    – Anyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law. That right is important for me because we are all people and we need to be recognized.
-All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. That is the best right for me because is the most important right.

  5. -No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. It is important because nobody has the right of damage another person.

  6. This right is the most important right for me: the right to privacy and protection of that privacy by law.
Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference.
Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.
The exercise of the rights of this article carries with it special duties and responsibilities. It may therefore be subject to certain restrictions, but these shall only be such as are provided by law and are necessary:
    For respect of the rights or reputations of others;
For the protection of national security or of public order, or of public health or morals.

  7. the law that I like human rights of freedom, because I think it is very important that everyone is free, each in their own way, because if we have no right to the liberty now we won’t be able to entitled to nothing

  8. My favourites Human Rights are:

THE RIGHT TO LIFE is the essential right that a human being has the right not to be killed by another human being. The concept of a right to life is central to debates on the issues of abortion, capital punishment, euthanasia, self defense and war. According to many human rights activists, the death penalty violates this right.
I think that this right is tHe most important, because if you haven’t got this right, you can’t be happy or you can’t be too free.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH is the freedom to speak freely without censorship. The term freedom of expression is sometimes used synonymously, but includes any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. In practice, the right to freedom of speech is not absolute in any country and the right is commonly subject to limitations, such as on libel, slander, obscenity, incitement to commit a crime, etc.

FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT asserts that a citizen of a state in which that citizen is present has the liberty to travel, reside in, and/or work in any part of the state where one pleases within the limits of respect for the liberty and rights of others, and to leave that state and return at any time.

  9. Although all the articles are very important, I think three of them are especially more important.

The first is, for me, the right to life. This right is made so that no human being can be killed by another unjustly. All human beings are entitled to live, although some people think that rapists, murderers, etc, shouldn´t have that right because things they have done. For this, in some countries there is the death penalty, which the human rights activists think that it doesn´t fulfills the right to life. I have chosen this article because sometimes people who does nothing dies unjustly and this right makes this can´t be done.

The right that I especially like is the gender equality. I like it because it makes females and males treated equally. Unfairly, in some countries women aren´t treated like men and this must be changed because the sexual condition of a human can´t influence.

The right to work is very important, too, so people can live without problem and can get money for their families. I think this article means all people can work equally and some aren´t entitled to more. In this position I would put also the article of free speech.

  10. My favourite human rights are :

    1- RIGHT TO LIFE :
In my opinion right to life is the most important human right , because you can`t ask the rest of the human rights if you aren´t alive . It seems that is very simple idea but, even nowdays some states can kill you ; for example : In some states of USA , In China , In Japan or some Arabian countries .

    2-RIGHT TO WATER :

If we don´t have water , we can´t live and it`s more important than food , because wethout water, we will die in 3 or 4 days . A lot of children die every year because they don`t have clean water , and the United Natons declaed water as human right in 2013.

    3- LINGUISTIC RIGHTS :

Everybody has right to use his ownlanguage in the family , school , administration and social life . Because of the power of some linguistic comuinities, a lot of languages disapear every year, and even in europe we have countries that don`t recognize hasical linguistic rigts.

  11. My favourites rights are the next:
-No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment:
I think that everyone has the right to a decent life and a fair trial.
-Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person:
I think that the personal affairs of people not being spied deven or published.
-o one may be compelled to belong to an association:
I believe that everyone has the right to be free to belong to an association or not.

  12. These are the most important rights for me:

-The first and the most important is the right to life. This right is based on the belief that a human has the right to life and should not be unjustly killed by another human. I think all humans should have this rights, but in some countries, which they have got the death penality, some people are kill for things they have done, for example, the murderers or the rapists.

-The second right more important for me is freedom of speech. This right is the political right to communicate one person’s opinions and ideas with another person who is willing to receive them. The term freedom of expression includes any act of seeking, imparting and receiving information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. The right to freedom of speech isn’t absolute in all countries and the right is commonly subject to limitations, as with copyright violation.

-And the third right more important for me is the gender equality. This right seems that all men and women should recive equal treatment, I like it very much because not long ago the women were treated unfairly and nowadays there is much gender violence.

  13. My favourite human rights:

    – right to life is the most important human right , because you can`t ask the rest of the human rights if you aren´t alive .

-freedom of speech is a important right too to communicate one person’s opinions and ideas with another person who is willing to receive them.

-All the persons have right to work to support to his family and to have a good life, It is something important in our lives because without the salary that we won working we havent got anything and we would not have a good life

  14. For me all the rights are equally important but if I have to choose I choose the “right to life”, “freedom of speech” and “sexual orientation and gender identity”.

The right to life is the essential right that a human being has the right not to be killed by another human being. This is something so significant for everyone. Everybody have the right to live.

Freedom of speech is the freedom to speak freely without censorship. It is sad because it is not always respected. I think you can tell you want and you think if you say properly.

Sexual orientation and gender identity rights relate to the expression of sexual orientation and gender identity based on the right to respect for private life and the right not to be discriminated against on the ground of “other status” as defined in various human rights conventions.Nobody has them why judge. They will know what they like.

    • The most important human right for me is the right for being what oneself want to be. In this world it´s important to respect to other people. All of us want to be respected and we must do the same. It,s not important the religion
sex or race. We, humans, belong to the same global community and we have to do all we can to do better this world.
The second right I want to explain is the right of living and belonging to a country. We are tired of listening and watching, TV that are millions of people who must leave their countries due to wars, natural disasters and so on. And when you must abandon your house, your culture, your family, neighborhood is very dramatical.

  15. My favourite human rigth is to have freedom of speech because i think that every person in this world even if they are from other coulturs , different social classes, from developing countries (like Africa…) must have the right to express her opinion freely, without any preasure or any consecuence

  16. For me the most important rights are the “right to life”, “freedom of speech” and “freedom from slavery.

The right to life is a moral principle based on the belief that a human being has the right to live and, in particular, should not to be unjustly killed by another human being. No one can kill you or you can’t kill nobody. Because you born to live, not to be killed by another human. So you have to let you live and you have to let the others live. This is an essential right.

Freedom of speech is the political right to communicate one’s opinions and ideas using one’s body and property to anyone who is willing to receive them. I think that if we don’t express our opinion we are nobody, because you have to think what everybody thinks and it’s sad to have people in jail for expressind their opinion.

The right to freedom from slavery prohibits people being held in conditions in which the powers attaching to the right of ownership are exercised. The human is not a toy, you can’t own a person for you, you can’t manipulate another human because another human and you have to respect him.

  17. I think that the Human Right is something very interesting. Every body must have the same rights. I like the right that say that the men and women must have the same right to do things. In this case to vote. In some countries women can´t vote, because the law will not let them. For example Arabia Saudi.

  18. •No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or

    punishment.

Because I think anyone of the state deserves to be tortured.

    • Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and

fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional

education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to

all on the basis of merit.

Because I think we have been all right to study and have a base of learning.

    • Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and

impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge

    against him.

Because I think the opinion of the population is important to make a decision.

  19. For me the most important rights are the “right to life”, “freedom of speech” and “freedom from slavery. The right that I especially like is the gender equality. I like it because it makes females and males treated equally. Unfairly, in some countries women aren´t treated like men and this must be changed because the sexual condition of a human can´t influence.

  20. Human rights are moral principles that set out certain standards of human behaviour, and are regularly protected as legal rights in national and international law. They are “commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being.

  21. My fauvorite human rights is freedom because everybody should have freedom to do whatever we want more or less and Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Human rights are very important in the world.

  22. My favourite right is freedom. Freedom to speak freely without censorship. It is very important and interesting. Makes female and males be treated equally.

  23. I think the human right are very importan becase everybody maust have the minimun dutys for example a place to live. In my opinion place to live is the best human right

  24. Is a very important issue because everyone will be where you are, have morals you have are virtually the same and you have the same rights and there to fight for it because many people suffer and should not be so.

  25. My favourite rights is freedoms – based on core principles like dignity, equality and respect – inspired a range of international and regional human rights treaties. For example, they formed the basis for the European Convention on Human Rights in 1950. The European Convention protects the human rights of people in countries that belong to the Council of Europe. This includes the United Kingdom

  26. My favourite human rights is freedom because everyone in this world even if they are from other coulturs. The idea of human rights originated from ideas found in religion and philosophy in Western Europe. The modern Western idea of human rights started in the European Enlightenment. In the 16th century, some people started suggesting that everyone had the religious and political right to choose their religion and their leaders. This sort of thinking was important in the English Civil War.
