A GLOBAL MENU: A SUSTAINABLE DIET

The visit to Kontsumo Eskola in Gasteiz will be held on JANUARY 17th (9:00-12:30)

Watch this video:

Before and after the visit we will work on:

– A family budget: file and example

– Fair Trade: links on a further post

– Sustainability: Compare these two landscapes. Why is there a sustainable landscape? Which one is sustainable? Which are the differences between these two landscapes? landscape 1 and landscape 2

– A sustainable menu: READING and EXERCISE Around the world to reach the table

To be worked with your Science teachers: terms like transgenic, in vitro and cloning. Group work to create some infographics.
